To see the start and expiry dates of your currently valid EntitySpaces subscription, sign in using the credentials you used when you purchased and then go to our My Licenses Page. You may view the status of your licenses on this page at any time. We send renewal notices 30 days prior to expiration, but have no way to guarantee that spam filters will let them through. It is your responsibility to keep track of your expiration date. Once an account has expired a new purchase is required, it is no longer considered a renewal. As of 02/01/2009 you may view previous order history that was made through our online purchase system. This includes order date, total, and InvoiceId. You may also review each item purchased for each order. This includes item name, quantity, and expiration date. This should make it easy for customers to review their previous orders and ensure they are purchasing the appropriate number of licenses for their development team.
